SETTLEMENTS
Payment will be due 30 days from the date of invoice and shall be strictly nett. Title to the goods supplied by the company shall not pass to the purchaser until all outstanding indebtedness to the seller has been discharged. The company reserve the right to levy a surcharge - Overdue accounts are subject to a 4% interest charge on the month's total and may be placed on credit stop, which may cause a delay in the dispatch of outstanding orders. To avoid incorrect interest charges being applied to your account, please immediately notify us when payment has been made via the Bank Automated Clearing System (BACS).

CARRIAGE
The company shall select the most economical method of delivery unless otherwise instructed. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery (excluding bespoke devices).Carriage charges will usually be added to the cost of goods unless previous arrangements have been made.

TRADES DESCRIPTION ACT
Whilst every care is taken to describe these products accurately, customers should satisfy themselves that the products meet their specific requirements. The company reserves the right to alter, improve or amend specification on all items without prior notice.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Our recommendations and suggestions of these products are based upon tests and information believed to be reliable. If any goods supplied by us prove, on examination, to be defective or faulty in material or workmanship, we undertake at our option to repair, replace the item or refund to the purchaser the price of the goods. We shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be liable for damages whether consequential or otherwise however caused, be occasional. However, the purchasers statutory rights remain unaffected by these conditions. The purchaser shall determine the suitability of the products for his or her intended use and under no circumstances will our liability exceed the limitations set out in the proceeding paragraphs.

PROTECT WARRANTY SCHEME
Full details of the Protect offer are available here.
Protect covers the devices for 2 years from the date of despatch from the company - this inclusive of the 6month guarantee peroid.
The agreement covers devices that have been outgorwn prior to the patient's 18th birthday.
For replacement of the devices a subcharge must be paid at the time that the request for replacement is made.
One total refurbishment and one minor refurbishment of orthotic devices is permitted under the scheme. Additional refurbishments will be charged at a 25% discount to list prices.
Two prescritpion adjustments are permitted in addition to the standard adjustment/repair guarantee of the 6 month guarentee.

I/we confirm that the information given in this application for credit facility is in all respects true and accurate.

2) Where I/we provide you with personal data, I/we understand that the data will be held securely, in confidence and processed for the purpose of carrying out our business activities. In considering this application, I/we accept that you may consult with and disclose the data to credit reference agencies, banks, credit insurers and other responsible organisations outside your business that you have nominated and that such third parties may process the data.

3) I/we understand that under the Data Protection Act 1998 I/we have the right to know what data you hold on us if I apply to you in writing.
